Due to its mission as a non-profit association ("e.V.") engaged in international exchange and mutual understanding every year IIK provides scholarships for intensive German classes and teacher training workshops.
For students and colleagues living abroad every year IIK offers up to ten free courses and workshops. These scholarships may be for online or f2f Intensive German classes (one month) as well as teacher trainings and may include accommodation during the stay in Düsseldorf or Berlin. For 2024 new conditions for the IIK scholarship applications apply: Only institutions and IIK partners like universitites, German teachers' associations and other non-profit organisations can propose candidates for these scholarships. Proposals should be addressed to geschaeftsfuehrung(at)iik-deutschland.de.
